Updated MiG-29G BFT Campaign Packages

We have updated the documentation package for the campaign and also made some minor documentation changes to the missions.

The Campaign documentation package was updated to add the mission briefing and objectives to each mission PDF file so you can reference it without having to pause the game to read the briefing screen.

Your mission key and password can be used to install these updated packages and your campaign progress will not be impacted as it is recorded in your logbook.

Updated A-10C Tactical Training Qualification Campaign Packages

We completed the updates to the two TTQ Campaign packages.

Campaign updates include fixes for the AI aircraft not taking off properly, corrections to the group activations for many units, correcting the immortal T-55 tanks, and the fix to BOAR flight so the player can land properly at the end of TAC25. 

We also updated the AAT Campaign documentation package to add the mission briefing and objectives to each mission PDF file so you can reference it without having to pause the game to read the briefing screen (this already exists in the TTQ Campaign documentation).

A-10C Tactical Training Qualification Campaign Updated!

The A-10C Tactical Training Qualification Campaign has been updated.

We corrected a number of issues including:

TAC 11 - Wingman not taking off until much later.
TAC 19 - FORD flight blocked by L-39 Flight, SPRINGFIELD trigger not activating.

We changed the tanker speed in all the missions and also updated all the briefing text now that ED has fixed the truncation bug.

We also made some changes to the comms menu (now you can call COPY when you press F10-F1) for example.

F-15C BFT Campaign Updated - Now Includes F-15C Amplified Checklist!

We just completed our F-15C Amplified Checklist to accompany our F-15C Basic Flight Training Qualification Campaign.

You can download the updated campaign package which contains the new checklist here.

Once installed the checklist will be located in the following or similar directory path (depending on the directory chosen for installation):

C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Mods\aircraft\F-15C\Doc 

The checklist can also be accessed by the shortcut menu in the Start, All Programs, MapleFlagMissions, DCS World, DCS F-15C, Campaigns, Basic Flight Training Qualification folder.

A Chat with a Real A-10 Pilot (Retired)!

Forum user dabomb recently hosted a Team Speak chat with an A-10 pilot and many users attended.  Retired Lt. Col Peter Olson (Olie) was gracious enough to share his wisdom.

Many questions were asked and answered.

The session was recorded and the questions transcripted from the chat window.
