On Sunday April 30th we had the pleasure of attending AERO150 in Gatineau Quebec.
The airshow was featuring La Patrouille de France and the Canadian Snowbirds plus a few other performances.
La Patrouille de France have only come to North America twice before - for Expo 86 in Vancouver and to Quebec City in 2009. The team is including this one Canadian performance only on a tour of the United States commemorating 100 years since the USA joined the Allies in the First World War.
They are here to commemorate Canada's 150th birthday and 100 years since the Battle of Vimy Ridge.
The weather was terrible, freezing rain in the morning and pouring rain in the afternoon. Low shows were done by the performing flights but they didn't disappoint.
